These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Version X Ltd's ("we", "us", or "our") website, platform, and related services (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

Version X provides AI-powered growth system architecture, workflow automation, and related consulting services. We may update or change features at any time to improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices, discounts, and promotions displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a Service will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be confirmed in your order acknowledgement or invoice.
Any taxes, fees, or additional charges (where applicable) will be itemised separately and are your responsibility.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or availability errors at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such errors, with a full refund where payment has been taken.
Payment must be received in full before Services are delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By providing payment details, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.
5. Returns and Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
(a) where we cancel or reject your order, or
(b) where you notify us in writing at support@versionx.ai within thirty (30) days of purchase that you are not satisfied with the Services.
Refund requests must be made within this timeframe. Requests received after 30 days will not be eligible.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of confirmation and credited to the original payment method.
Refunds apply only to the initial purchase and may not apply to renewals or subsequent transactions unless required by law.
Except as expressly provided in this section, all payments are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Services in any unlawful way, or to infringe others’ rights.
Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Resell, sublicense, or share the Services without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through the Services are owned by Version X or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your internal business purposes only.
8. Publicity Waiver
By using our Services, you agree that we may display your company name and logo in our marketing materials, website, and case studies to identify you as a customer. We will not disclose any confidential or sensitive information without your consent. If you wish to withdraw permission for publicity use, you may notify us in writing at hello@versionx.co..
9. Confidentiality
Where Services involve access to confidential information, both parties agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law or with consent.
10. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your personal data will be handled as described there.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections of these Terms that by nature should survive termination (e.g. confidentiality, intellectual property, publicity waiver, liability limits) will continue to apply.
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as strikes, natural disasters, or internet outages).
15. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any attempt to do so without consent will be void. We may assign or transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms at our discretion.
16. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are for the benefit of you and Version X only. No third party has the right to enforce any part of these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
17. Notices
All notices under these Terms must be sent by email. We will send notices to the email address you provide in your account. You must send notices to us at hello@versionx.co.. Notices will be deemed delivered on the day they are sent, provided no error or bounce-back is received.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
